  • Where is your store located?

We are located at 1630 Trinity Drive, Mississauga, ON L5T 1L6. THIS IS NOT A RETAIL LOCATION. We do offer online order pickup at this location. You can reach us @905-276-3212 or info@eastindia.ca

 

  • An item I want is not listed on the website.

We keep on adding new products to our pantry. You can email us at info@eastindia.ca and we will definitely try to source the product for you and update you if we can get that or not. However, sometimes it may take little longer than expected to get the product.

 

  • Do you have delivery options?

Right now we only provide curbside pick up. We are considering delivery options in the near future. You can call us @ 905-276-3212 to discuss the delivery.

 

  • How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American express). We also accept debit card.

 

REFUND AND RETURNS

  • What if I am missing an item or received damaged item?

We take all necessary precautions while packing your order but mistakes could happen. In that case we would like you to give us a call @905-276-3212.

 

  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?

You have the option to cancel your order until you received the pick up confirmation email by either emailing us @info@eastindia.ca or calling us @905-276-3212.
